Highlight auf der WTT: intelligente Pumpenüberwachung

Bis zu 11 IN-1000-Module kommunizieren in einem IN-1000-Netz.

(Radolfzell – 29.2.2016) Colfax Fluid Handling stellt in Karlsruhe auf der WTT (Halle 4, Stand D.01) die neue intelligente Condition und Operation Monitoring Plattform „IN-1000“ speziell für Thermalölpumpen von Allweiler vor. Ziel ist es, die im Thermalölbereich besonders wichtige Sicherheit zu erhöhen und gleichzeitig die Betriebskosten deutlich zu reduzieren. Kernstück des Systems ist die von Allweiler entwickelte Software.

Mit der neuen Smart-Technology IN-1000 lassen sich von der einfachen Zustandsüberwachung bis hin zu komplexen Überwachungstätigkeiten inklusive Operation Monitoring an mehreren Thermalölpumpen alle Anforderungen an Sicherheit und geringen Betriebskosten gleichzeitig realisieren. Beispiele sind die Überwachung von Temperatur, Leckage und Vibration. Eine Erweiterung mit industrieller Standardsensorik zur Überwachung von Drücken ist möglich.

Der Betrieb wird kontinuierlich und vollautomatisch überwacht und für spätere Auswertungen protokolliert. Treten ungewöhnliche Betriebsbedingen auf, werden diese sofort gemeldet und auf einem grafikfähigen Farbdisplay angezeigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Leitwarte erfolgt über Ethernet-Verbindungen. Ein schneller ortsunabhängiger Remote-Zugriff etwa für das Wartungspersonal ist über Smartphone-Apps und den integrierten Web-Browser von jedem PC mit Internetzugang möglich. Mit diesen Informationen werden Wartung und Instandhaltung planbar, es gibt keine ungeplanten Produktionsausfälle, keine Folgeschäden und die Wartungsintervalle werden länger.
